The pre-sale ends for all passes on 2 December 2026. After that, tickets are only available at the box office during the festival.

Refunds and exchanges
- No returns or exchanges once the purchase is complete
- No right of withdrawal — this is a date-bound leisure event
- If the festival is cancelled: the ticket price is refunded, fees are not
- If it is postponed: your ticket stays valid
